A ladies gym is expanding into two adjacent warehouses and LFDS have designed a heavy duty CrossFit gym with a mezzanine level housing multipurpose studios. The levels are connected via a striking open tread red glass feature stair. A landscaped garden has been inserted into the corner of the double height cross fit zone and the warehouse facade has been punched out and replaced with frosted u-channel glazed facade to allow daylight to flood into the garden.
