Emaar approached LFDS to design the All Day Dining restaurant, Origins at the new Vida Emirates Hills Hotel.
Origins restaurant – a farm to table concept where the fresh colour palette highlights the fresh ingredients. The interiors are based around natural elements forming a rich palette of textures that are pleasing, warm and refined. Navigating through the different areas, the diner is inspired by the mass of fresh herbs and culinary merchandise prepared freshly in the kitchen and displayed on the shelving which satisfy the dual purpose of screening banquette seating and communal dining areas whilst acting as display to signify quality and freshness.
